Jon Francis

Since joining the team in 2019, Jon ensures that clients are well-informed and educated about anything affecting their accounts, and assists prospective clients with questions and the onboarding process.

Jon brings a wide array of experience to the Coastline team. Previously, Jon worked as a sales and outreach director for a music products company. He also operated his own business, teaching music lessons and programs, and has been actively gigging for the last 20-years. His experience also revolved heavily around technology and infrastructure planning, so shifting gears into an IT environment was not a huge leap.
