Andrew Pullmann

Senior Director, Customer Success at Cobalt.io

Andrew Pullmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew most recently worked at Cobalt as the Senior Director of Customer Success starting in December of 2022. Prior to that, they held positions at UserTesting, where they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Customer Success from August 2021 to December 2022, and as the Director of Global Customer Success from May 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining UserTesting, Pullmann worked at Newfront Insurance as the Head of Account Maintenance from January 2020 to May 2020. Andrew also had roles at Limelight Platform, where they were the Director of Account Management from January 2019 to January 2020, and subsequently the Manager of Strategic Accounts from January 2019 to March 2019.

Pullmann took a planned sabbatical in 2018, during which they volunteered with local fire departments, obtained an EMT license, backpacked in the Plumas National Forest, and became a new father. Prior to their sabbatical, they worked at Act-On Software, Inc. in various customer success roles from 2013 to 2018, including Manager of Customer Success for strategic/enterprise accounts, Manager of Customer Success for SMB/mid-market accounts, Manager of Customer Success for implementation, and Customer Success Manager for implementation. Andrew also served in a sales development role at Act-On from January 2013 to November 2013.

In addition, Pullmann has entrepreneurial experience as one of the founding owners of TRAP Fitness LLC, where they owned and operated BoxCar CrossFit from September 2013 to April 2018. Andrew also worked at XPEM, Inc. as a Commercial Account Manager from March 2011 to January 2013, and at CarMax as a Sales Consultant from 2008 to 2011.

Andrew Pullmann attended Sierra College, although the specific dates of their enrollment and the field of study remain unknown. In addition to their college education, Andrew obtained certifications in leadership training through the MAP institute in April 2015 and in CrossFit Level 1 from CrossFit, Inc. in December 2014.
