Robin Madden has a wealth of experience in customer success, client services, and retail marketing. Robin began their career in 2006 as a Manager at Target Stores, where they managed and mentored 50+ part-time employees and five full-time supervisors across three departments. In 2007, they moved to BioDot Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, where they worked in close collaboration with the VP of Marketing to drive new business development and customer retention for product and solution offerings in the biomedical industry. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Account Executive for BDS Marketing, LLC., where they led delivery of a portfolio of retail marketing services for a leading technology brand. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at DS-IQ as the Sr. Director of Client Services, where they led the client services team in service to some of the world's largest brands. In 2021, they joined Weedmaps as the Senior Manager and Manager of Customer Success. In 2022, they began working at Growth Molecules as a Customer Success Consultant, where they conducted organizational assessments, facilitated customer success workshops, constructed customized playbooks for customer success and customer experience operations, and project managed delivery across these workstreams. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Cobalt Robotics as the Head of Customer Success.

Robin Madden obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Marketing from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hoffman Sales MBA from Hoffman, SaaS Sales Methodology from Winning by Design, and Six Sigma Green Belt from Management and Strategy Institute.
