Beth Campbell

Beth Campbell has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Beth began their career in 1990 at Westaff, where they held various management and sales positions, including Area Manager and Branch Manager. From 2000 to 2004, they served as a Business Development Manager at Westaff. Beth then moved on to work at Randstad Sourceright US, where they were a Senior Recruiter and Manager of Talent Delivery, overseeing a team of recruiters and developing sourcing strategies. Most recently, Beth worked at CoBank as a Director of Recruiting and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition. In both roles, they focused on supporting the financial needs of rural America by providing credit and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power providers.

Beth Campbell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Colorado State University from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Human Resources from Colorado State University Global from 2018 to 2021.
