James Orcutt

James Orcutt has held various roles throughout their work experience. James began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, District of Nevada in 2002 and worked there until 2004. James then joined Moye White LLP as an Associate from 2004 to 2007. Orcutt later worked at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP as a Senior Associate from 2007 to 2011. Currently, they are employed at CoBank, where they started as a Lead Attorney in 2011 and is currently serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Counsel since November 2021.

James Orcutt attended Heritage High School from 1992 to 1995. James then went on to Colorado State University, where they earned a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science from 1995 to 1999. Afterward, they pursued a J.D. from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 1999 to 2002.
