Tanya S. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and inclusive development. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel at Mastercard, Tanya leads efforts for the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth and the Mastercard Impact Fund. Prior roles include supervising bilingual document review at Epiq Systems, acting as Resident Country Director for the Millennium Challenge Corporation in Senegal, and providing legal counsel across several international projects. Tanya’s background includes managing multimillion-dollar legal reforms at the U.S. Department of Commerce and transactional law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. An alumnus of New York University School of Law, Princeton University, and Brown University, Tanya holds advanced degrees in law and international affairs.
