Clayton McClain

Clayton McClain has a diverse work experience in the aerospace and defense industry. Clayton held various leadership roles, including President at L3 Technologies - Westwood, where they were responsible for profit and loss, workforce development, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Clayton served as VP / GM Space & Sensors Division at L3Harris Technologies and VP & GM Mission Systems at CAES. Throughout their career, they showcased their expertise in operations management, program management, and leadership.

Clayton McClain completed their Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2001. Clayton then pursued an MBA in Management at Rutgers University - Camden from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for an Executive Development Program. In 2019, they participated in the L3 Technologies Senior Leadership Program at The Wharton School, and in 2021, they completed an Executive Leadership program at The Wharton School. Additionally, they earned certifications in Strategy Execution and Private Pilot Single Engine Land & Sea. Clayton McClain also attended Haverford School from 1991 to 1996.
