Michael Lau, PMP, CIM has a comprehensive work experience that includes roles such as Division Vice President - Program Management at CAES, Vice President - Business Development, Advanced Technology and Strategy at CAES, Director Business Development at Mercury Systems, Partner/Co-Founder at SmallGoby.com, Senior Program Manager and Manager, Mechanical Engineering at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Headway Technologies. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in program management, business development, engineering, and leadership, contributing to the success of various organizations.

Michael Lau completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University in 1997, followed by a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 1999. In 2013, they obtained the Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, they completed a Certificate in Management from the Institute of Leadership & Management in 2015.
