Victor Hugo Bernardo

Victor Hugo Bernardo has extensive work experience in software engineering management and leadership roles. Victor Hugo started their career as a Java Developer at NeoGrid in 2000 and later became a Scrum Master and a Coordinator of Software Development. Victor Hugo was responsible for managing teams and projects and developing leadership skills. In 2016, they joined Resultados Digitais as a Software Engineering Team Leader and later became a Software Engineering Manager, leading multiple squads and overseeing various areas of the company's engineering department. Victor Hugo also worked at Quero Educação as the Head of Engineering, where they led a large team of engineers in different tribes and focused on developing and mentoring engineering leaders. Most recently, they joined Cobli as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, where they are currently responsible for managing the software engineering department.

Victor Hugo Bernardo has a diverse education history. In 2003, they obtained the certification of Sun Certified Programmer for the Java 2 Platform 1.4 from Sun Microsystems. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Escola Técnica Tupy, where they obtained a technical degree in Informatics. Following that, from 2001 to 2005, Victor attended Universidade da Região de Joinville, where they earned a degree in Administration of Companies. Victor Hugo then pursued a Pós Graduação degree in MBA Executivo em Gerência de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2006 to 2007.

In recent years, Victor Hugo Bernardo has focused on further developing their coaching skills. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, where they obtained degrees in Professional & Self Coaching and Business and Executive Coaching, respectively. Additionally, Victor has obtained various certifications in the field of project management and agile practices. Victor Hugo obtained the Management 3.0 certification from Happy Melly in 2013, the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, both in 2016. Furthermore, in 2017, they completed the KMP I: Kanban Management Professional certification from an undisclosed institution, and in 2018, they completed the KMP II: Kanban Management Professional certification from Lean Kanban Inc. Their most recent certification is the PKE - Professional Kanban Expert from Agile Institute Brazil - AIB, obtained in 2022.
