Adrian Hamm has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adrian started their career as an Employee at the Service- and Information Centre of Insel Mainau in 2015 and continued in that role until 2017. In 2017, they interned at the Press Affairs and Public Relations Department of the Auswärtiges Amt (Federal Foreign Office) in Germany until 2018. Adrian then worked as a Student Assistant at the Research Group on Empirical and Normative Democratic Theory at the Universität Konstanz from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Adrian took on the role of a Teamer at the Landeszentrale für politische Bildung Baden-Württemberg (LpB) until 2020, and concurrently worked as an OSINT Analyst at EXOP, part of Crisis24, from 2019 to 2022. Adrian then transitioned to become an Intelligence Analyst & Response Coordinator at Crisis24 from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Adrian holds the position of a Web Intelligence Analyst at Cobwebs Technologies since 2023.

Throughout their career, Adrian has also contributed to Eurosoc GmbH as a Seminar Leader for European Policy Simulation Games from 2015 to 2021. With a broad range of experiences in various domains, Adrian has developed a strong skill set in web intelligence analysis, crisis response coordination, OSINT analysis, research, and seminar leadership.

Adrian Hamm began their education at the University of Konstanz in 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Public Administration. Adrian successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2019. Adrian then continued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Politics and Public Administration from 2019 to 2022.
