Avishai Abahel

Avishai Abahel has an extensive work history that spans over 25 years. Avishai began their career at AVT in 1996, where they worked as an R&D Project Manager, SW Team Leader, and SW Engineer until 2006. During this time, they gained experience in project management and software development.

In 2006, Avishai became a self-employed individual before joining Eastman Kodak in 2008 as an SW Project Manager and Release Manager. After a year, they transitioned to Logic Industries, where they served as an Inbound Product Owner. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks, including product roadmap design, R&D monitoring, integration verification, QA process monitoring, and customer support. Avishai stayed with Logic Industries until 2013.

Following their tenure at Logic Industries, Avishai joined I.C. - Projects Management and Business Development as a Biz Dev Program Manager. In this role, they analyzed and negotiated customer needs, researched available solutions in the market, and acted as a liaison between prospective buyers and hi-tech companies. Avishai stayed with I.C. until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Avishai worked at HLS as the COO. Here, they were responsible for product management, multiple project management, work processes strategy, and delivery management. Avishai oversaw tasks such as product planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and product installation at customer sites.

Currently, Avishai Abahel holds the position of Director of Project Management and Customer Care at Cobwebs Technologies since 2019. Avishai'sresponsibilities include parallel management of multiple international and global projects, defining and developing project management best practices, and ensuring effective project management governance, procedures, tools, and financial controls.

Throughout their career, Avishai has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage complex projects and customer relationships.

Avishai Abahel attended Bar-Ilan University from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Math & Computer Science.
