Ian Powell

Ian Powell currently serves as the Head of EMEA North at Cockroach Labs, beginning in December 2023. Powell is also an investor in Dock & Bay, Clays, and Recognise Bank, actively contributing to companies focused on delivering engaging experiences and innovative banking solutions. Prior to Cockroach Labs, Powell was the Head of Sales for UK&I, Middle East & Africa at Adobe, where responsibilities included managing a substantial sales team and driving significant revenue growth. Previous roles include leadership positions at SAP, Sybase Software, TalkTalk, and IBM United Kingdom Ltd., demonstrating extensive experience in sales and account management across technology sectors. Ian Powell holds a BA Hons (1st Class) in Advertising with Design from the University of Northampton.
