Aude Broos

Aude Broos has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Aude currently works at co: collective as the Head of Strategy Development, a position they have held since March 2022. Before this, they worked as a Senior Strategy Director and Strategy Director at the same company from 2021 to 2022 and from 2019 to 2021, respectively. Aude also has experience as a Senior Strategist at co: collective from 2016 to 2019.

Prior to their role at co: collective, Aude worked as an Innovate NYC Facilitator at The DO School for a brief period in 2016. In 2015, they were a SEED Fellow at Polymath Ventures, where they gained experience in human-centered design, lean startup, and management consulting.

Aude's earlier work experience includes roles as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte from 2013 to 2015 and as a Strategist at VaynerMedia in 2012. Aude also worked as a Project Leader/Consultant at Penn International Impact Consulting in 2011 and had brief stints at Panos London, Pencils of Promise, and Foreign Policy Research Institute as well.

Aude Broos has a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania. Aude also holds minors in Hispanic Studies and Comparative Literature. Additionally, they had the opportunity to study as an Affiliate Student (Exchange) at UCL, where they focused on International Relations. Prior to their university studies, Aude attended Atlanta International School, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.
