Alberto Adami

Alberto Adami has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Alberto is currently working as a Backend Engineer at Codacy since November 2022. Previously, they worked at WARDA - Fashion Digitalization as a Software Engineer from January 2022 to October 2022. During this time, they developed and tested REST API for a PIN Platform product and worked on event sources services using Akka Typed and Akka Distributed data. Alberto also used Terraform to create AWS resources, particularly working on the ApiGateway module. Before that, Alberto worked at Bitrock s.r.l. as a Software Engineer from April 2017 to January 2022. Alberto developed and tested a chat system backend used by a mobile application, which integrated with a CRM system. Alberto also developed an api-gateway service using streaming http requests/responses with Akka stream. Prior to that, they worked at Pat Group as a Junior Developer from January 2015 to April 2017, where they focused on backend-side development using the .NET stack and SQL Server query optimization. Alberto's earliest job was at NEXTEP S.r.l. as a Scala Developer in September 2014 to November 2014, where they developed a recommendation system using Scala, Playframework, Akka, and MongoDB. The system provided a REST API and a web interface for real-time analysis.

Alberto Adami completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Università degli Studi di Padova from 2011 to 2014. Before that, from 2007 to 2011, they attended ITGC Einaudi, although the degree obtained from this institution is unspecified. In terms of additional certifications, Alberto obtained the "Fast Track to Scala" certification from Lightbend, Inc. in April 2017. Alberto also obtained the "M101JS: MongoDB for Node.js Developers" certification from MongoDB, Inc. in December 2014.
