Michael Demos

Michael Demos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various senior leadership roles in the communications industry. Michael began their career in the United States Air Force as a Contract Administrator. Michael then moved on to Raytheon Marine Co., where they served as the North American Sales & Marketing Manager.

In 1999, Demos joined Cobham Tactical Communications as the Director of Law Enforcement Programs, responsible for sales in the State, Local, and Federal markets. During their tenure, they generated over $150 million in business with federal agencies, leading a large sales team covering the US and Canada.

In 2016, Demos joined Digital Barriers as the VP of Law Enforcement Programs, where they successfully captured the US Law Enforcement Surveillance market segment, generating over $60 million in sales within two years and working with key federal agencies.

From 2018 to 2021, Demos served as the VP of Sales for the Americas and the United Nations at Codan Communications, where they led the sales team and achieved strong sales growth in the region.

In 2021, Demos joined Domo Tactical Communications (DTC) as the Senior VP of Sales for the Americas. Michael later took on the role of VP of Business Development at DTC. In 2022, they transitioned to Codan Limited as the Senior VP for the US.
