Florencia V.

Florencia V.'s work experience begins with their role as a UX/UI Designer at Leniolabs_ LLC. Florencia collaborated with different clients and worked on various products using Agile practices. Florencia worked closely with Engineers, Product Managers, and UX Writers to enhance the user experience. Prior to this, Florencia worked as a Jr. UX Analyst at La Mercantil andina S.A., where they conducted user research, created user flows, and designed hi-fi wireframes. Florencia also worked with developers to provide support. Before that, they worked for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires as a Jr. UX/UI Designer, where they worked on internal products, performed research, and participated in usability testing. Additionally, Florencia has experience as a Graphic Designer at Casino Buenos Aires SA, where they designed shows, events, promotions, advertisements, and digital pieces for social networks and the institutional web. Florencia started their career as a Jr. Graphic Designer at Maco Mania, where they designed bookstore and gift products, worked on packaging design, and handled printing.

Florencia V. started their education at the University of Buenos Aires in 2006 and graduated in 2013 with a degree in Diseñadora Gráfica. In 2018, they enrolled in Coderhouse and completed a course in Diseño UX. Florencia returned to the University of Buenos Aires in 2020 to pursue a Programa de análisis digital in the field of Ciencias sociales.

In addition to their formal education, Florencia has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the Training Program in Digital Product at Globant. In 2020, they acquired certifications in Emotional Design - How to make products people will love, Accessibility - How to Design for all, and CX Research y UX Testing from various institutions such as the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) and Platzi. In 2023, they obtained certifications in UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from The Interaction Design Foundation and UX strategy from Edison.
