Ben Kuncz

Ben Kuncz has extensive experience in talent acquisition, spanning over 10 years. Ben is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Code and Theory since June 2023. Previously, they held various roles at YML, including Director of Talent from April 2022 to July 2023, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from April 2021 to April 2022, Manager of Talent Acquisition from April 2016 to April 2021, and Talent Acquisition Lead from April 2014 to April 2016. Before joining YML, Ben worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at YML from August 2013 to April 2014. Outside of talent acquisition, they also worked as an iOS Developer on personal projects in 2015-2016 and as a Specialized Full Cycle Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners from August 2012 to August 2013. Ben began their career as a Senior Lifeguard at Associated Students Incorporated (ASI) from September 2009 to August 2012 and as a Dental Assistant at SLO Dental Practice from June 2010 to January 2012.

Ben Kuncz has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Ben has also obtained certifications in AED, CPR, and First Aid, although the specific institution and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
