Magdalena Szyszka

Magdalena Szyszka has a long and varied work experience. Magdalena began their career in 2011 as an Internship Trainee at Zakład Narodowy im. Ossolińskich. In 2012, they became Manager & Producer at Socato Art Gallery, where their responsibilities included comprehensive customer service, producing and coordinating events, managing PR and marketing, and optimizing organization and communication processes. In 2017, they were a Lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw, where they created and implemented a proprietary lecture program on the topic of art market. Since 2019, they have been working at Learnship, where they have held various roles such as Junior Recruiter & Active Sourcer, Trainer Recruiter & Manager, Senior Coordination Training Operations Manager, Senior Training Operations Manager, Training Operations Manager, and Junior Training Operations Manager. In 2022, they will join Code Intelligence as a Recruiter.

Magdalena Szyszka obtained their Master's degree in Art History from the University of Wroclaw in 2013. Magdalena then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Culture Promotion, Culture Manager in Cooperation of European Regions at the University of Wroclaw from 2014 to 2015.
