Mohammad Shirmohammadi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mohammad started their career as a member at the Pasadena Fight Academy in 2016. In 2017, they co-founded and served as the Vice President of The Four Square Family, a nonprofit organization.

In 2018, Mohammad became the President of the Halal Project Nonprofit Youth Division at UNRWA USA and held the position until 2023.

In 2021, they joined the Arcadia Unified School District and took on multiple leadership roles, including President of the Arcadia HS Muslim Club, COO of Fruit 4 Homeless, Captain of the Link Crew Appreciation Team, and member of the National Honors Society. In 2022, Mohammad founded the Code Can Bridge Nonprofit and served as the CEO. Mohammad also interned for Mayor Farrah Khan at the City of Irvine where they assisted with research, writing, and event planning.

In 2022, they became the Co-Founder and Vice President of the Mosque Youth Committee at the Heart Foundation. Later that year, Mohammad also interned at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.

Most recently, in 2023, Mohammad joined Code Ninjas as the Lead Sensei of Engagement, Coding Tutor, and Camp Leader. In this role, they help students learn coding concepts and provides one-on-one support to help them achieve their goals. Mohammad creates a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable trying new coding languages.

Mohammad Shirmohammadi completed their education at Pasadena City College from 2021 to 2024, earning an Associate's degree in Data Science. Prior to that, they attended Arcadia High School from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on Computer Science. Mohammad also attended Citrus College from 2020 to 2022, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Their earlier education includes Foothills Middle School, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Mohammad obtained certifications in Lab Safety from the University of Southern California in June 2022, UC Berkeley Big Data Online Course from UC Berkeley College of Computing, Data Science, and Society in March 2022, and Yale Science of Well-Being from Coursera in August 2020.
