Krish Suraparaju currently serves as a Software Development Engineering Intern at Amazon, beginning May 2024. At Carnegie Mellon University, Krish holds the position of Teaching Assistant for the 15-122 Data Structures & Algorithms course, leading multiple lab and recitation sessions and providing extensive support to over 500 students each semester. In addition, Krish is a Research Assistant in the Mohimani Lab within the Computational Biology Department, co-authoring a research paper on a novel model for predicting NRPS structure and implementing advanced transformer models for studying antibiotic properties. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, with previous studies at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the Massachusetts Academy of Math and Science at WPI.
