Stefano Molteni has been working in the sales industry since 2009. Stefano began their career as a Key Account at Premiaweb srl, where they were responsible for new business and up selling accounts. In 2011, they moved to F1 Consulting & Services as a Junior Business Analyst, where they worked with the BPM team to analyze workflows and non-structured processes. Stefano also designed Appian flows and interfaced with other IT teams for system integration matters. In 2012, they joined Day Ristoservice - Gruppo UP as a Sales Account, where they were responsible for sales activity based on the achievement of both new business and upselling goals. Stefano also conducted AS IS analysis of the "corporate welfare development degree" by the customer and developed welfare plans. In 2016, they joined EASY WELFARE as a Sales Consultant, District Sales Manager, and Sales Account. Finally, in 2021, they were appointed as Head of Sales - Italy at Codemotion.
