Alan Claus

Alan Claus has a diverse work experience in customer service and management roles. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Mercado Libre, starting as a Customer Experience Representative and then progressing to Team Leader and Senior Team Leader positions. In these roles, they monitored team metrics, prepared reports, and managed team performance. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant in the collection department at Micro Ómnibus Primera Junta. Currently, Alan Claus is the Head of Student Success at Coderhouse since December 2022.

Alan Claus obtained a Licenciatura en comercializacion degree from UADE from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachiller degree in Modalidad Economía y Gestión de las Organizaciones from Instituto San Alfonso. Alan also has additional certifications, including "¿Qué hace exitoso y sostenible a un Centro de Contactos?" from Kenwin in 2023, "Introducción al Liderazgo Efectivo" from Coderhouse in 2022, "Effective Communication" from Dale Carnegie Training in 2020, "Problem Solving - Trainee Level" from Capability Building in 2019, and certifications in advertising from Google in 2017.
