Heather Schutte

Heather Schutte has extensive experience in the field of operations and sales management, particularly in the Microsoft Dynamics business. Heather is currently working as the Director of Operations at CodeScience since March 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Operations - Microsoft Americas at DXC Technology from July 2019 to March 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sales operations, contracts negotiation, delivery operations, and procurement functions for the Microsoft Dynamics business in the Americas. Heather also managed a strategic partnership with Enavate, which serviced DXC's Velocity and Concerto Cloud customers.

Before DXC Technology, Heather worked at UXC Eclipse, a DXC Technology Company, from July 2017 to July 2019. Heather served as the Vice President of Sales Excellence, where they were responsible for sales and revenue management, including sales operations, presales solutioning, and advisory teams. Heather also handled contract negotiations, deal governance, and partnership agreements.

Prior to that, Heather held various roles at UXC Eclipse, including Director of Practice Management - Dynamics 365 for Operations from February 2015 to July 2017. In this position, they managed a delivery practice of consultants and solution architects and also served as the solution lead on a Microsoft Dynamics implementation for a strategic account. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Technical Services - Microsoft Dynamics AX from July 2014 to February 2015, leading a technical team for implementation projects.

Heather's career started at Blueplan Solutions in January 2003, where they served as a Co-owner and Director for two years. Heather then worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers SA, Exordia as a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics AX from February 2005 to September 2007. Subsequently, they joined Perfect Programming AU as a Senior Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics AX from October 2007 to July 2010.

Throughout their career, Heather has demonstrated the ability to drive improvements in internal processes, manage significant change, and successfully deliver projects. Heather'sexperience and expertise in operations and sales management make their a valuable asset to any organization in the technology industry.

Heather Schutte pursued their education at the Australian Institute of Business from 2016 to 2017. During this time, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In addition, in 2016 they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
