Grayson (née Russell) Hay

Grayson (née Russell) Hay has a varied work experience, beginning in 2003 when they were a Trouble Ticket Coordinator for Western Wireless. In 2006, they became a Lead SDET at RealNetworks, followed by an SDET II position at Microsoft in 2007. In 2008, they were a Technical Director for the Circus of Dreams Charitable Guild through Seattle Childrens'. From 2011 to 2021, Grayson held various roles at Tableau Software, including Principal Software Engineer, Dev Manager, Developer Platform, Automation, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Continuous Software Delivery System, and Manager, Test Engineering. Additionally, Grayson was a Contract Software Engineer for Firebyte Studios in 2003, an Aerial Instructor for Knotty Yoga in 2013, Director of Photography for Directing Rage and Kneading Flesh in 2014, and is currently a Software Engineer for CodeSee since 2021.

Grayson (née Russell) Hay attended Louisiana Tech University from 1996 to 1998, studying Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Louisiana School For Math, Science, and the Arts from 1993 to 1995, with a focus in Math and Computer Science. In 2015, they obtained a Certified Scrummaster certification from the Scrumm Alliance.
