Frank Lamprea

Frank Lamprea is currently the VP of Sales Engineering at CodeSignal. Prior to this, they were the VP Americas Sales Engineering at Lacework from June 2021 to September 2022. Frank has also held the position of Sales Engineering Director at ThoughtSpot from March 2020 to June 2021, and Sr. Director Sales Engineering at AppDynamics from July 2014 to March 2020.

Lamprea has extensive experience in building and scaling out sales engineering teams. Frank was responsible for the initial build out of the team in Latin America at AppDynamics, and led the buildout of the South, East and Public Sector teams from an initial 10 people to over 45 engineers and 8 managers over the span of 3 years. Frank has also assisted with the buildout of the New York and New England sales engineering teams.

Lamprea has a strong track record of success in sales, averaging 125% quota attainment. Frank has closed significant and strategic business with anchor clients in the east, many of which rank in the top 20 for AppDynamics.

Frank Lamprea has a BA in Liberal Studies from Florida International University. Frank is also certified as a ThoughtSpot Data Expert and a ThoughtSpot Professional.
