Jaeron Mann

Jaeron Mann is the Interview Experience Manager at CodeSignal. Jaeron has also worked as a hostess/hospitality coordinator at Quality Italian and as a Vice-Chair/Events Project Manager at Howard University.

Mann has always been interested in event coordination and project management. Their interest began when they were in college and had the opportunity to produce 7 unique events over 5 days. Jaeron and their team decreased operating expenses by 45% from the previous year and managed a budget of over $5,000. They also negotiated with top record labels to complete business contracts and logistics for multiple artists including Drake, T.I., and Meek Mill.

After college, Mann began working as a hostess/hospitality coordinator at Quality Italian. In this role, they were tasked with planning and hosting large group events. This included coordinating room and menu logistics for parties of up to 75 people, providing accounts payable and receivable services including tracking deposits and creating invoices, and initiating service recovery. Jaeron also trained new hosts and hostesses for the restaurant.

In their current role as Interview Experience Manager at CodeSignal, Mann is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the interview experience, from scheduling to feedback collection. Jaeron works closely with the recruiting team to ensure that every candidate has a positive experience and that CodeSignal’s hiring process is streamlined and efficient.
