Hồ Phan Ngọc Diệp has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Teaching Assistant for TalentPool Vietnam, where they were responsible for contacting partners and enterprises, taking care of the class, and receiving feedback and support from learners. They also worked as a Teacher Assistant for Little Einstein Academy in the same year. In 2017, they interned at Change Interaction as an Assistant Business Analyst, and became an official staff after the completion of the internship. In 2018, they worked at SPC Technology as a Software Implementation Consultant and Technical Support Specialist. In 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst for Port Cities. Currently, they are a Business Analyst for CodeStringers, where they are experienced in working on an Agile/Scrum team, applying good judgment in balancing and advocating for the use of Agile delivery concepts and business analysis tools and techniques, and acting as a key contact point for users, creating user stories, and leading story mapping discussions.

Hồ Phan Ngọc Diệp obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) between 2014 and 2018. In March 2022, Diệp also obtained a Certificate of Achievement-Project Management Professional (PMP) Training from Atoha Institute.
