Nicole Thompson

Nicole Thompson is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Codexis, Inc., with a progression through various HR roles since July 2021. With a background in team leadership, Nicole held the position of President at the University of St Andrews Water Polo Club, leveraging previous committee roles to guide the club effectively. Additional experience includes coaching, transportation coordination, publicity management, and serving as a social secretary. Before this, Nicole led the Member Services team at Tiburon Peninsula Club, overseeing a team, managing member interactions, and implementing safety procedures.
