Ashish Budaga

Ashish Budaga has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and talent management. Ashish began their career as a Senior Executive HR at O'Prima Services from December 2014 to May 2016.

Ashish then joined Chegg Inc. as an Expert Recruitment Executive from August 2016 to November 2018, where they developed and executed overall recruiting strategies for high volume hiring.

After that, Ashish worked at Maple Software Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior HR - Talent Acquisition from November 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they designed and implemented the overall recruiting strategy, recruited and pre-screened candidates, and addressed staffing and performance-related issues.

Currently, Ashish is working at Codeyoung as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, a role they assumed in July 2020. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing partnerships with hiring vendors, colleges, and job boards, and measuring recruitment metrics.

Throughout their career, Ashish has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, employee engagement, and performance management.

Ashish Budaga graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from SRM University in 2010. In 2014, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Vignan Institute of Information and Technology. Ashish has additional certifications including Certified Tech Recruiter and Employer Branding certification program from hirist.com, as well as an IELTS- band 8/9 certification from the British Council. Ashish also holds an EFSET English Certificate with a score of 75/100, indicating a proficiency level of CEFR C2, obtained from EF Education First.
