Andrew King

Andrew King has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Andrew started their career in 1998 as a Technical Services Junior at Business Automation Ltd, providing first-line support for the Top2Toe Back Office stock control system. Andrew then joined Pc Angels (UK) Ltd in 2000 as a Technical Services Operative, where they provided first and second-line support for the Top2Toe POS and Back Office application. In 2005, they joined Platinum Systems Ltd as a Support Analyst, responsible for support work, implementing upgrade strategies, and managing client relationships. In 2007, Andrew moved to itim as a 3rd Line Support Analyst, where they worked on the Zygon PIM solution and handled support, requirements capture, and implementation of new projects. Andrew then transitioned to the role of Support Team Leader, managing a small team and ensuring client SLAs were met. In January 2010, Andrew moved to the Implementations team as an Implementation Analyst, gaining experience across various systems. In 2015, they joined Anatwine as a Product Owner and Business Analyst, working on integrating product data and facilitating brand integration for a major retailer. Andrew later became a Product Manager, focusing on strategic responsibilities and managing the product feature backlog. In 2019, Andrew joined Berkshire Cloud as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner, working on diverse projects across multiple industries. Most recently, in 2021, they worked at Optiseller as a Product Owner before joining Codiance as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner.

Andrew King obtained a Higher National Diploma in Multimedia Computing and English from James Watt College between 1996 and 1998. Andrew also holds additional certifications, including Product Analytics Certification and Product-led Certification from Pendo.io, Business Analyst Certification from Automation Anywhere, and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) Level 1 Certification from Scrum.org.
