Hugh MacEvilly has over 18 years of experience in various roles within the sales and recruitment industry. Hugh is currently serving as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Codility, where they assist companies in screening engineers objectively and identifying top candidates efficiently. Prior to this, they worked as a Regional Account Director at Stack Overflow, where they helped companies build brand equity and source developers. Before that, they held positions at LinkedIn, Olympus, Smiths Medical, Johnson & Johnson, and Romeike Media Intelligence, where they gained expertise in account management, sales, and supply chain coordination. Hugh MacEvilly also has experience as a Managing Director at Hugh James Recruitment, where they successfully refined recruitment strategies and introduced high-quality candidates to employers.

Hugh MacEvilly attended the University of Galway from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a BA (Hons) International degree in English and Spanish.
