Devansha Mathur

Devansha Mathur has worked in various roles in the past decade. Devansha began their career in 2012 as a Senior Audit Analyst at KPMG, where they were responsible for finalizing accounts, checking presentation per accounting standards and disclosures, and working paper presentation. In 2015, they joined 99acres.com as an Associate Assistant Manager Quality, where they were responsible for performing analysis for the behavior regarding sales and service for both international and domestic clients, ensuring zero variance between all the quality analysts by regular internal and external calibrations, and training new joiners. In 2018, they moved to Lybrate as an Assistant Manager Quality and Training, where they were responsible for creating quality process in the organization from ground level, performing root cause analysis for the sales executives, and maintaining MIS reports using quality tools. In 2019, they joined Great Learning as a Program Manager, where they were responsible for handling a team of 30+ senior executives managing learners across the globe, planning from launch of the program till the certification of the learner, and creating contracts for the mentors and getting them on board. Most recently, in 2021, they joined AmbitionBox as a Group Manager-Product Operations and Quality and an Operations Manager-Product Operations. Finally, in 2022, they were appointed as Senior Manager Customer Operations at Coding Invaders by MentorsPro.

Devansha Mathur completed their Bachelor's in Finance and Investment Analysis from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus in 2012. Prior to that, they attended Ryan International from 1994 to 2009.
