Balaji Rama

Balaji Rama currently serves as a Student Researcher at Rutgers University and is a Co-Founder at a Stealth Startup, both roles starting in March 2024. In addition, Balaji is an Administrator with the International Research Olympiad and the Chief Technology Officer of the Youth Research Initiative, roles undertaken since May 2024 and September 2023, respectively. Ongoing contributions as a Project Developer at Peacefulli began in June 2023. Balaji also engages in educational roles as a Curriculum Developer and Coding Instructor at Coding With Kids, where responsibilities include developing a Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking course and teaching programming to students across various grades. Previous experiences include serving as a Lead Scholar/Teaching Assistant at Berkeley Coding Academy, focusing on data science education, and working as a Back End Developer at VolunteerMatch, contributing to mobile application development.
