Joe Plutz

Joe Plutz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Coenen Mechanical, LLC since April 2022, Plutz has previously held various engineering and managerial positions at Ahlstrom-Munksjö, including Recovery Area Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in the Pulp and Recovery division. Earlier roles include Reliability Engineer and Project Engineer at Expera Specialty Solutions, as well as Maintenance Planning Engineer and Engineering Intern at Thilmany Papers. Plutz began their career at McCarthy Dairy Farm and gained early engineering experience through internships at Biax-Fiberfilm, where contributions included maintaining safety standards and designing specialized equipment. Plutz holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
