Anastasia Anpilova

Anastasia Anpilova is a seasoned professional in the field of compensation and benefits, currently serving as the Group Compensation & Benefits Director at Coface since July 2022. Previously, Anastasia held the position of Head of Compensation at Crédit Agricole CIB from October 2020 to July 2022 and served as the Head of Compensation and Benefits Transversal team at Société Générale from December 2011 to October 2020. Anastasia's expertise includes overseeing compensation review processes, managing compliance with financial regulations, and facilitating job grading initiatives across various businesses.
