Carlos Rodrigues

Carlos Rodrigues has extensive experience at Coface, beginning as a Risk Underwriter from 1996 to 2001, specializing in the wood/paper/carton sector. From 2002 to 2016, Carlos held the position of Business Analyst, focusing on business needs analysis, functional specification documentation, and functional testing. Since January 2017, Carlos has served as Project & Business Process Manager in the Business Technology Department, coordinating cross-functional projects, managing workflows, and employing Agile methodologies for technical solutions and business needs analysis. Additionally, Carlos contributes to web design and creates prototypes using Figma while overseeing business activity reporting.
