Oana- Cezara Ochiana

Oana- Cezara Ochiana has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Oana- Cezara started their career in 2002 as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Lugera & Makler, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Coface as the Head of Human Resources for Coface Romania& SSC & Coface Business Technologies. Recently, in July 2021, they were promoted to the position of Global Head of HR Business Information at Coface.

Oana-Cezara Ochiana has a diverse education history. In 1998, they attended the University of Bucharest, where they pursued a degree in English. Oana- Cezara then moved on to the West University of Timisoara from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies. In 2007, Oana-Cezara enrolled at the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Most recently, from 2015 to 2016, they attended CIPD and obtained an Associate's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
