Leila Esmailzada

Leila Esmailzada is a seasoned management consultant at Cofactor Group, specializing in supporting life science firms with the development and optimization of new specialty medicines from a Patient First perspective. Previously, Leila served as a Program Manager at AM Trace, overseeing a large COVID-19 vaccination initiative in New York City. As Executive Director of The BeLocal Group, Leila led the Green Charcoal Initiative in Madagascar, using human-centered innovation to address critical challenges in agriculture and energy. Additional roles include data analyst at the New York State Department of Health, community engagement associate at Suffolk Care Collaborative, and teaching assistant at Stony Brook University. Leila holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, complemented by an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts.
