Denis Hasegawa

Denis Hasegawa is a seasoned professional in audit and risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Head of Audit, Capex, NTP for Brazil and Colombia at COFCO International since December 2015, Denis has previously held positions such as Head of Internal Audit and Internal Audit Manager for the same regions. Prior experience includes governance, risk, and compliance specialization at Monsanto Company and internal controls consulting at Louis Dreyfus Company. With a strong foundation in risk assessment, compliance evaluation, and process improvement, Denis has effectively managed teams and coordinated international projects, also demonstrating expertise in SAP systems. Denis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Internal Controls & Compliance from the University of São Paulo.
