Jay Burns

Jay Burns has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jay currently holds the position of Compliance Director at COFCO International, where they focus on global grains, oilseeds, and sugar supply chains. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at TD Ameritrade Futures & Forex LLC and Huatai Financial USA Inc. Jay also worked as a Senior Manager of Active Trader Compliance at TD Ameritrade and an Associate Director of Compliance at R.J. O'Brien, the oldest and largest independent futures brokerage and clearing firm in the United States. In the early stages of their career, Jay worked as a Brokers Assistant at Antonucci Brothers Partnership (CBOT) and as a CBOT Market Reporter at CME Group, the world's leading derivatives marketplace.

Jay Burns earned a Master's Degree in Finance from Lewis University in 2008-2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 2000-2004. Additionally, they have received certifications in various areas such as risk management, morning habits of high performers, and financial industry regulatory authority qualifications. Jay also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from DePaul University.
