Nadezhda Kashirina

Nadezhda Kashirina has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nadezhda is currently working as the Director of Human Resources Operations at Coffeemania, a premium restaurant chain in Moscow. Prior to this, they worked at Castorama Russia, where they held various roles including Acting HRD and Head of Talent Acquisition. During their time at Castorama, they were responsible for managing HR processes and supporting transformation projects, achieving significant milestones such as organizational design, employee restructuring, and recruitment of a new management team.
