Dawoon Kang is the Co-Founder and Chief Dating Officer of Coffee Meets Bagel. Dawoon has over 10 years of experience in the online dating industry and is one of the largest independent companies in the industry. Dawoon is also ranked as one of the best companies to work for per Glassdoor. Her mission is to give everyone a chance at love.

Prior to founding Coffee Meets Bagel, Dawoon was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Global Special Opportunities Group, where they covered investments in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Dawoon also interned at Unitus Equity Fund as a Country Analyst Intern and worked as a Senior Analyst at Avon, where they led strategic initiatives designed to support Avon U.S.'s short- and long-term growth.

Dawoon Kang attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master in Business Administration. Dawoon also attended University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and East Asian Area Studies.
