Samuel Ngugi (kababa)

Samuel Ngugi, currently serving as General Manager at Haute Dolci since August 2023, possesses extensive experience in the coffee industry, holding the title of Q Arabica Grader at Coffee Quality Institute since June 2022, where the evaluation of cup quality for Arabica coffee is conducted using SCA protocols. Prior positions at % ARABICA include Head Barista and Assistant Store Manager, where responsibilities ranged from ensuring operational standards to providing coaching for baristas and monitoring sales performance. Ngugi's career began in Java House Africa as a Barista and progressed to the role of Assistant Head Barista. Beyond the coffee sector, Ngugi gained diverse skills through roles such as Data Entry Clerk at Daproim Africa and Anchor Agent at Jubilee Insurance.
