José Costa

José Costa has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. José worked at COFICAB Group as the Corporate Processes Technology Development & Innovation Manager, where they focused on equipment development and targeted improvements for projects. José also served as the Regional Operations Manager - Europe, contributing to the technological development of the company. Prior to COFICAB, José was the Managing Director at Honeywell Safety Products, responsible for operations management of a production site. José has also held various positions at Grupo Cabelte, CABELAUTO, and United Technologies Automotive, including Plant Manager, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor. José has extensive experience managing production processes, continuous improvement, and team leadership.

José Costa attended ISEP from 1983 to 1987, where they completed their second year in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, they studied at Liceu Garcia de Orta between 1975 and 1982, earning their 12th-grade diploma in Secondary Education.
