Nizar Fadhloun

Nizar Fadhloun's work experience includes various roles in the automotive industry. Nizar is currently a Process Engineering Specialist at COFICAB Tunisia since August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for optimizing key performance indicators, validating and industrializing new projects, and preparing specifications for software interventions.

Prior to this, Nizar worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at COFICAB Group starting from January 2020. In this role, they implemented 5S methodology, optimized change timing using the SMED method, and managed process workflow development and extension projects.

Before joining COFICAB Group, Nizar had an internship at the same company in 2019, where they applied the DMAIC method to improve treatment processes and worked on the conception of a Spark test base system and a spool swiveling machine.

Nizar also had internships at DRÄXLMAIER Group in 2018 and KBE Elektrotechnik GmbH in 2017.

Nizar Fadhloun attended the Ecole Supérieure Privée d'Ingénierie et de Technologies - ESPRIT from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they studied at the Institut Préparatoire aux Etudes d'Ingénieur de Monastir IPEIM, specializing in Physics - Technologies.
