Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice and as a university lecturer, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
