Jheroen Muste

Jheroen Muste has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jheroen currently holds the position of Executive Chair COFRA Clean Energy Group at COFRA Holding AG, where they have been since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at COFRA Holding AG from November 2016 to November 2023. In 2016, they co-founded KrypC and served on the board as a member. From 2011, Jheroen founded and managed Vederbos Ventures B.V., focusing on early-stage and emerging technologies, with an emphasis on blockchain, AI, IoT, and cryptography. Jheroen also lectured at Erasmus University - ESAA from July 2014. Before that, Jheroen worked at PwC as the Lead Partner Digital, Strategy & Innovation from December 2011 to October 2016, where they developed and implemented the firm's digital and innovation consulting proposition. From 2003 to 2011, they held the role of Senior Vice President & Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Development at Wolters Kluwer. Jheroen began their career as an Associate Director at PwC Corporate Finance & Recovery in 2000.

Jheroen Muste obtained a MSc in Strategy & Corporate Finance from the University of Groningen, where they studied from 1989 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended the Willem Lodewijk Gymnasium in Groningen from 1983 to 1989. No specific degree or field of study is indicated for their time at the gymnasium.
