Romuald Sanchez

Romuald Sanchez has extensive experience in the construction and real estate sectors, currently serving as Responsable de programme and Responsable construction at Cogedim since April 2017, managing collective housing projects with commercial spaces. Prior to this role, Romuald worked at Bouygues Immobilier from September 2015 to April 2017 as Maître d'Ouvrage Technique Réalisation, overseeing new housing construction, including a passive house project, and completed a final study internship in the same title focusing on a 99-unit housing operation.
