Erin Schellhammer

Erin Schellhammer is an experienced human resources leader with a proven track record in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Cogent Biosciences since 2018, Erin faces significant challenges in recruiting within a competitive market. Prior to this, Erin was Senior Director of Human Resources at Intellia Therapeutics, where responsibilities included developing employee retention programs and aligning organizational structures with long-term growth. Erin's earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at Agenus, where a global performance management framework was implemented, and several positions at Biogen, including HR Business Partner and Associate Director of Workforce Services, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and international HR management. Erin holds a Master Certification in Human Resources from Cornell University and a BBA from Bryant University, as well as overseas study experience at The University of Edinburgh.
