About

The board of directors at Cogent Biosciences is made up of experienced professionals from a variety of industries. Many of the members have experience as chief financial officers at companies such as FORMA Therapeutics, Inc., Synlogic, Inc., and FORUM Pharmaceuticals. Other members have experience in finance and accounting from companies such as Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and The Takeda Oncology Company. The board also includes members with electrical engineering and business degrees from Lafayette College and Carnegie Mellon University.
